If you want to be successful as a coach you have to want it more than anything else. You have to be willing to fight for it. Whether your vision is a life of traveling, sharing joy or something completely different; if it doesn’t move you, you won’t be able to move anyone else.
Stay present in your why, revisit this training time and time again. Do it WITH the coaches you sponsor and create a life that reflects YOUR “why.”
